The Storm Wolf is a high powered swallowtail that blends the all-mountain versatility of a directional freeride board with signature Surf Series turn performance.Surfboard shaper Chris Christenson and Jeremy Jones designed this new model by combining the shape and profile of the current Storm Chaser and the retired Lone Wolf, hence the name. The Storm Wolf features a Surf Camber profile, long sidecut, mid-stiff flex, 3D Contour Base 3.0 and Traction Tech 3.5 edges. The Surf Camber profile, long sidecut and Traction Tech Edges keep you locked in railing turns at speed while the 3D Contour Base and tapered swallowtail shape help you break loose slashing gullies and transitions. To absorb chatter and punch through rough snow patches, the Storm Wolf construction includes new Flax/Basalt Power Stringers and an ECO-Plastic topsheet.

Please Note: This is a factory blem board that may have slight cosmetic damage.
Every single one of Jones’s snowboards and splitboards are carefully handmade – over 120 humans are involved in the process.
However, some of Jones’s technologies, features and high-end precision processes demand major attention and occasionally a cosmetic blemish can occur in production. Cosmetic blemishes include minor pits, bumps, dimples, die-cut blems, scratches, an edge-to-base gap or a misprinted graphic.
If the cosmetic blemish respects our tight manufacturing tolerances in all other ways, and does not affect performance in any manner, we call it a “Blem Board” and it is sold at a discounted rate.
Of course, Blem boards have premium performance, and meet all of Jones’s technical specs & manufacturing standards. They are covered by our standard warranty and have never been ridden.
What happens to products that do not respect our blem or performance tolerances?
The absolute goal here is to reduce waste as much as possible and avoid putting usable products in the trash. The vast majority of our products which don’t ride as well as we need them to, or have significant cosmetic imperfections don’t become Blems.
